The PCN Annual Conference will be a modified-hybrid conference. Our in-person conference will be held at CYJ Retreat Center in Wimberly, Texas. This year, we will live-stream limited content, but all content will be uploaded and accessible via Whova post-conference. All presenters must be in-person. We hope that you will be able to join us at this beautiful location or virtually. As you make plans to attend, we hope you will consider sharing your expertise with professional colleagues by providing leadership in one of the following ways:
Theme Presentations (60-90 minutes)
The PCN Advisory Council invites presentation proposals that address the conference theme Strengths that Shape Us: Foundations and Innovations. This year, we are looking to explore topics that highlight the foundational identity of professional pediatric chaplaincy, while also holding space for innovative and emerging possibilities and ideas for advancing our professional practice. Please include 2 to 3 peer-reviewed article citations that you will include in your presentation.
Submit a Theme Presentation proposal online here.
Workshops/Special Topics (60 minutes)
Workshops and Special Topics provide an opportunity for participants to gather in smaller break-out sessions to explore topics of common interest. Do you have a workshop you’d like to lead, a program you’d like to introduce, or a discussion you’d like to facilitate?
Submit a Workshop/Special Topic proposal online here.
If you are unable to submit via the online form, you may email proposals using the attached form to Deanna Wroblewski. You will receive a confirmation of receipt email within 48 hours.
